Ikaalinen Senior High School lies in Ikaalinen near highway 3, about 50 km north of the city of Tampere. The school is situated in beautiful surroundings by Lake Kyrösjärvi.
We enroll about 50 students every year.

The school has taken part in various EU-projects and there are plans to apply for more projects in the future.

Teaching is very individual. Studying takes place in small groups in a relaxed atmosphere.

There is a library right next to the school building, and students also have their own leisure room.

Students can get the "Ikaalinen -passport" -providing discounts, for example, for the town evening classes and for the Ikaalinen Spa sport facilities.

It is possible to participate in the Ministry of Education´s oral exam in all languages taught in the school.

Our school offers a High School diploma in all normal subjects. There is an additional diploma in drama, media, music and physical education.
